A permit is required before beginning construction.
This includes any building (portable or not), culvert, driveway, deck, porch, fence, etc. Failure to secure a permit beforehand could result in you having to remove the structure. Make sure you have read the Deed Restrictions for your Section.
ALL permits are to be turned into the clubhouse office in a sealed envelope, emailed to the ACC or mailed to:
