POA MEETINGs

As per TEXAS PROPERTY CODE 209 RULES, copies of Board Meeting Minutes will be posted once they have been reviewed and approved. For any board meeting minutes, you would need that are not posted above send a letter to the POA clubhouse office or come to the POA clubhouse office.

You must specify on your letter as to which meeting and the date of the meeting in order for us to process your request. Copies are $.10 (ten cents) per page. Please allow 5-10 business days to process.
