Helpful Phone Numbers

  • Ranger Station (Front Gate): 936-377-4576 -  Please contact the Ranger Station to advise them when you have a guest or contractor arriving.  Please advise your guests/contractors that they need to be admitted by the Ranger at the gate.  After Ranger hours, you will need to come to the gate to escort your guest/contractor through the gate.  Ranger Station Hours:  7am to 8pm

General Information

HVLOA COMMUNITY POOL   

  • Closing for the Fall and Winter seasons beginning 10/3/2022
  • Pool Hours: 9:00 am - 7:30 pm.    
  • The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning except on holiday weekends.  On holiday weekends, the pool is closed on Tuesday for cleaning.  

TRASH PICK-UP

Residents may contract with a Waste Management Company for trash pick-up.  Due to damage to the sides of the roads by the trash trucks, it is imperative that everyone place their issued trash container at least 18 inches from the grass line onto the pavement so that trucks do not have to pull over into the dirt and grass leaving ruts.

MOWING SERVICE

  • POA has a mowing contractor for the easements.   Property owners must maintain their own yards.

GATE CARD

  • Gate Cards are available at the Clubhouse.  Please bring proof of lot ownership. Property owners ARE RESPONSIBLE for the actions of anyone to whom they give a card. Gate cards are $25 each.   Broken or damaged cards will be replaced at no charge. You will need to bring your broken or damaged card to the HVLOA Clubhouse Office.  Lost or stolen cards will be replaced for a $25 non-refundable fee.  Please notify the POA Office immediately if your card is lost or stolen.

​NON-LICENSED VEHICLE RULES

  • State Law requires that non-licensed vehicles (4-wheelers, golf carts and all off-road motorized vehicles/scooters) operators must be at least 14 years of age.

CONDO / RV PARK 

  • Please contact DTA Community Management at 833-895-6343 or txlodge.net to reserve a condo or for more information about the Condos and RV Park.  Holiday Villages Livingston POA is no longer responsible for managing the Condos and RV Park.  

​​STORAGE UNITS 

  • ​10 x 10 Enclosed Units - $50.00 per month
  • Lot - $35.00 per month
  • We have storage units/lot space available.

MAILBOXES 

  • $48 per year

CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS

  • $250.00 for first four (4) hours – $50.00 for each additional hour
  • If alcohol is involved, you must hire security.

HVLOA DUES

Effective January 1, 2018, POA Assessment fees are collected by Holiday Villages of Livingston Owners Association:

2022 POA MONTHLY FEE: 

  • 1-2 Lots:  $36.37 per month 
  • 3 Lots:  $53.95 per month
  • 4+ Lots:  $75.04 per month
  • Yearly and 6-Month option payments can be by check, or with credit/debit card. There will be  a 3% charge for payment with credit/debit cards.​​


ONLY DUES AND ASSESSMENTS WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE HVLOA.  IF YOU ARE MAKING LAND PAYMENTS TO LAKE PROPERTIES, a/k/a TECON, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE YOUR LAND PAYMENT TO THEM. Their telephone number is 800-460-5101.

​Owners have the option of paying in advance annually, bi-annually, quarterly or monthly. Please request a coupon book to be emailed to you if needed by contacting the HVLOA Office at the Clubhouse.
